Where is my order?
Orders are typically shipped within 5–8 business days after it is confirmed. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
All orders are shipped using the shipping carrier and service selected at checkout. Delivery timelines will vary depending on the shipping option chosen.
If you have not received a tracking email after the processing window, or if you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us at support@rhysnewyork.com and our team will be happy to assist.
How do I update or change my order?
If you need to make an update to your order, please contact support@rhysnewyork.com as soon as possible.
Order changes (including address updates or cancellations) can only be accommodated before the order has shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or issue a refund.
We recommend reviewing your order details carefully before placing your order to ensure accuracy.
Once an order has shipped, it is considered final and must follow our Refunds & Exchanges Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is not yet available, but we are actively working toward it. We recommend following us on social media and joining our mailing list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Refund requests must be submitted to support@rhysnewyork.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with the refund tag intact to qualify. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days. Items marked 'On Sale' are final sale.
Are sale items eligible for return?
No. All items marked 'On Sale' are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Do you offer size guides?
Yes. Each RHYS New York piece includes a size guide specific to that style. We recommend reviewing the size chart provided on the product page prior to purchase to ensure the best fit. If you have additional questions, our support team is happy to assist.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You may check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, view order history, and save your shipping information for faster checkout in the future.
What will I receive if I join your mailing list?
Subscribe for early access to new collections, restocks, and the occasional exclusive discount. We send thoughtfully — quality over quantity.
