Refund Policy
At RHYS, each piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully reviewed before shipment. Please review the following policy prior to making a purchase.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or color, please submit a refund request for the original item and place a new order separately.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted to support@RHYS.com within 14 days of delivery and will be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The item is unworn and unused
- The RHYS refund tag is fully intact and untampered
- The item is returned in its original condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Items marked "On Sale" are final sale and not eligible for refund.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please email support@RHYS.com and include the following:
- Order number
- Last name on the order
- Reason for the refund request
- A clear photo showing the RHYS refund tag intact
- A 360° video showing the full condition of the item
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our support team. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days of approval.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Final Review
RHYS reserves the right to deny refunds if returned items do not pass inspection upon receipt. Repeated abuse of this policy may result in future refund requests being denied.
